“There is something about the outside of a horse
that is good for the inside of a man.”

  • Indy

Indy has just finished 90 days of saddle training and is looking for an active home that will continue his training and help him reach his full potential.

Athletic, nice strong build, great feet, and the endurance to go all day, Indy would be a a perfect mount for an experienced rider looking to climb mountains, explore the lands, camp, and just have fun going out on adventures.

12 yr. old Nevada range mustang gelding standing at 15.1 hands.

  • Packer

He leads nicely, picks up his feet for farrier, is confident walking around the property, and stands quietly for grooming.

He is still very young and likely was only taught to pack so I am recommending a complete restart in training so we can help him to be a successful saddle horse.

He has great confirmation and is built for longevity. He has good feet, a nice chest, and hind end, a short back, and age-appropriate muscling.

With his willingness to learn and strong work ethic Packer should come around nicely and be a great all-around saddle horse.

  • Peppercorn

This is Peppercorn, a 13-year-old black Paiute gelding standing at stocky 14.1 hands.

He has recently been started under saddle and is now spending some time at Wrong Turn Ranch and where he will continue to build his confidence and skill set.

Peppercorn is inquisitive, has a willingness to learn, and has a great mind on his shoulders. We sure are looking forward to watching his progress and seeing him hit the trails in the upcoming months.

  • Winslow

We are so happy to announce that Winslow has found his forever home!

  • Rainy

Miss Rainy has finished up her 90 days of training with Jeremy Dunn-Vaqueroisms and is ready for the next chapter of her journey.

If you are looking for a mare who’s witty, fun, adventurous, loves to hit the trails, and is best suited for an intermediate rider, make sure to send us a message to set up a date to meet Rainy.

Rainy is a 2011 BLM mare standing at 15.1 hands.
